Posting here tonight to share and complete step fifty It's affected me through positive challenging myself climbing the steps.

However step one of the addiction twelve steps may take more time to adjust too.

I am very aware how I'm manipulating step one by using less for now because I can't simply stop cold. I have found a compident patient listener to talk with.

Step 200. Don't know whether to consider that an accomplishment, or a sign that I'm spending too much time here. I'm learning that I can reduce the amount of time I spend online, and read a few more dead trees

As Thanksgiving is approaching, I am thankful for taking time for me to a calmer person.

I'm happy to sit with my family and just be content. The holidays are stressful but full of family and friends. I'm keeping my mind on being present in each moment.

I've learned a few things, one of which is that I need to take better care of myself. Another is that even though I am introverted, I need to talk to people even if it's about nothing in particular. @GlenM I learned that journaling does not always help everyone. I have felt bad in the past when I stopped journaling because I felt it wasn't working well.

Step 300 reached!

Taking time for self-healing has taught me to appreciate small things, even when I feel sad. Meditation has also helped me to be more present and diminish my anxiety. I

Step 60, and learning to take time for myself!

At #50 and encouraged to share something about what I'm learning. Well, being a long-term GAD sufferer, much of it not new to me at all and some of it feels rather trite. Nonetheless, carefully logging in each day to do at least one step has the effect of making me check in on myself and how I'm feeling, which is a positive.

On step #93 🍎

Just completed step 110 and the one important thing I've learned from doing them is that in trying to do something hard it's just as important to let go for a bit to be able to let in the peace.
