Learning to accept myself to survive for my family

To not ask for help all the time to the same person. I think it's important too.

It's great that I made it to the next step, but I'm not sure what positive thing I've learned to get here? I've just continued logging in and doing one activity a day so my cup remains full. So maybe it counts for persistence or keeping up with a routine even though I'm not feeling so great.

@mxdnxght That's great! I'm currently working quitting that habit. So far I'm at 2 months!

Just completed step 140 and im finding what started oit as a good thing has quickly turned into something else. In confronting addictions im starting to get very despressed and empty. Since cutting way back and looking at usage as being so bad im feeling like im a very bad petson and now im feeling so separated from myself. Emotions are freezing up, im unable to deal with looking at myself. Im hating my life and myself

This post completes my 150th step. Im not well right now at all, its like ive drudged up lots of darkness and mix feelings and i dont know if it was healthy to try to privately quit. This will soon pass? Right?

This post represents 120th step of my path. I have learned how to work with my anxiety and depressiom as the time flew. I know how to be kind to myself now. I think I made a huge progres thanks to this community.
