Trial. although it took 10 minutes for this page to load ... that's weird. Who's April fooling me? :\

Admin or Mods feel free to delete this .... I should be able to know if it worked in about 15mins or less. thanks.

Hi, @glenM @heather225 (Hi Tuna!) @Hope and ... @aSilentObserver (I have the hardest time remembering your username! :( sad Platy

Hey, all!! This is step 1800 :O yes, step one-thousand-eight-hundred! Does it look more impressive if I spell it out? :) I have a nice daily streak going; I think today would have been day 86. I'm SOOO close to 90 days and then my computer decides to be slow and the 7cups site itself is slow tonight and I really wouldn't mind a whole lot if "Wreck-It Ralph" "Ralph Breaks the Internet!" I have not seen the second movie but I am getting so very frustrated with my laptop.

Back to the growth path and steps ... this is why I've tagged you admin-type peoples. This specific step (Make a post at the Milestone Posts page) is one of the only growth steps that makes sense any more. Without somewhere to post my own steps/step responses, the only way I've found to keep them at all is to copy/paste somewhere else. But as we are now on page 1647 in this

It is now precisely 48 minutes after I started this Growth Step. oh, 49. @7cupsCommunity , why do I even do this any longer? It is a sad question. I'm a bit angry too because I did have such a nice daily streak going. But mostly sad. And like I was saying earlier (see ^above) do any of my revelations get to be seen by anyone else, or even me again later? What is the point of doing the growth steps if I can't read others' and they are unable to read mine? Did y'all admin just want us (M) and (L) to focus more in the forum? Yes, a very sad Platy indeed. I know things need to change sometimes, but I guess I am still hoping that these changes from November2019 are going to be changes for the better. Good night, @7cups friends! <3 Platy

To everyone at 7cups:

I'm sorry. My post above isn't what I really wanted to put on the Milestone Posts page. I guess I needed to vent that. But if it got *splat!* all over you, that was not my intention and I really am sorry.

It is exciting to get to step 1800. Yet as long as I have been here, doing mainly one step a day, I still do not know where a post like this one ^above should be posted.

There are truths in there, facts and feelings; but there is also anger and frustration - that is the part I wish I could edit somehow.

I hope y'all have a good day! (or alternatively, Go to bed! it is so late for you! Good night :) <3 Platy

@cyanPlatypus6370 Sorry for the delayed response Platy. Congratulations on hitting 1800 steps. It shows your resilience, grit, and hardwork. We appreciate all you do here.

I hear your concerns and understand as well. We have these forum posts to celebrate each other's achievements and milestones. We hear you and you are seen in the community.

I will pass it to the community team.

@7CupsCommunity - Thank you for a reply of some kind (though it is over a month later). Is there ANYWHERE in the forum? or at 7cups.com at all - that keeps my step responses? I agree 1,800 steps is a milestone to celebrate - but some of the things I am thankful for (in particular) are certainly celebrations too. The friends I have, or used to have, here on 7cups ... I liked the personal feed because it would let me know what they are up to. Short sure, but 'a postcard vs a letter' - I'd rather have SOME info instead of zero. And there was always the option to NOT post that day's step answer, which I appreciated also.

"I hear your concerns and understand as well." I'm glad you've heard me, but I'm not sure you understand (see next comment).

"We have these forum posts to celebrate each other's achievements and milestones. We hear you and you are seen in the community. I will pass it to the community team."

We have THIS forum to celebrate milestones. The other forum threads are usually (I think) more of 'here is my story' or 'I feel like this today' or commenting on others' posts. For me, the forum in general seems to be encouraging, which is something I personally need very much. #FreeHugs

I would appreciate if you would! pass my feedback to the "community team"? I have no idea who those people are. I have had no idea where to post my concerns ... so thank you for answering me, @7cupsCommunity mystery people. Have yourselves a good week! ~ Platy

Step 166! I am learning that sometimes I just have to fake it 'til I make it.

You are doing enough. Love yourself for all your uniqueness ❤❤ there's no one like you. Countless times I've been told I'm emotional like that's a bad thing. Own it. Cry your heart out. Scream when you feel like screaming. Be the loudest laugh in the room. Only you can love yourself the most and you spend an infinite amount of time with yourself, so just accept yourself, uniqueness and all.
