i am not alone anymore
Its helpful to know someone is there to speak to you. 
The river continues on for a long time and when we travel down it looking backwards we never see the good stuff coming with enough time to reap it.

I've learned that sometimes when I'm overwhelmed, I need to make time for myself and do something fun or interesting for me.
It helps to talk things out so you can take a breath and find a solution.

its okay to think differently than those you are around...
I came on and had a chat and it was so helpful. He asked such thought provoking questions that helped change my thinking which has not been good. Then I find that I can get in group chats and even come back and chat with the same person tomorrow. Wow, this is really a life changer!
