I just earned a 4.0 in college this past semester, even though my depression was the worst it has ever been this past winter. This is the first time I have earned grades like that, ever. No matter how I may sometimes feel, I belong at school and I can do well. My depression does not and will not define what I can do

The listener is inside you , you( yourself) are able to get over it . give yourself a chance and widen your options !

I made art again for the first time in a very, very long time. Self expression, no matter what kind you use (even if it's just talking to a friend) requires vulnerability, and being vulnerable is strength.heart

I also am learning to be an artist. I work with watercolors and am making a flower painting for my grown daughter's birthday. I haven't been able to work on it for a few days because of anxiety/depression, but tomorrow I am going to sit down and paint!

I find art helps me, often more than I realised. I hope you enjoy creating things!

I texted three of my goodfriends with some things I have been feeling lately (anxiety/depression/unstable in general)and got three amazing responses of support and love.
