Don't undervalue the power of being optimistic. A positive mindset makes a big difference in this world, in the way that we perceive things at the very least.

I have learned that I need people, well some contact. I can't simply isolate and stay perpetually in "limbo". I am usually up in the wee hours of am and was grateful that others could be effected similarly.

I have learned that being open and vulnerable is ok. that I don't have to wear a mask all the time, that I don't have to please everyone else and completetlyforget about myself. 7cupshas been part of this self awarness, and I am very thankful for this site, and for everyone who is in the process of helping me. You guys rock the world!!!
