Ive learnt not to worry about things unless they are a real event or they are actually taking place. I need to stop thinkng about "what if" and act without over worrying about what I cant control. Simply accept things and acknowledge that I have the ability to overcome them no matter what.

Keeping an open mind is one of the most important things in life! Stay vigilant and tenacious, for solutions rarely appear randomly. Always be prepared to search and for the solution that you require.

I learned that I will have some really bad days but I have to *PUSH PUSH PUSH* through it because I will also have some really great days. ( like today) :)
