Hello 7Cups Community Leaders & Discussion Leaders!! I hope you are all doing well.
First of all, it is heartwarming to see how everyone is so compassionate and resilient. I am grateful to each one of you for your contributions and for going above and beyond to support fellow members and listeners. You are all making a difference here.
Before we go further to recognize our wonderful leaders, I like to share a thought with you all.
We are like fingers of our hands. We are not equal in size, shape, and roles but without one finger, a hand can't function effectively. We are also incomplete without each other. We all have our own key strengths and when all our strengths are combined to achieve a goal, it comes out as one of the beautiful masterpieces created with the team efforts. So each one of you are similar to those different fingers, different yet unique in their role. And, I am so grateful that I got the opportunity to work with you all every day. It is incredible!
Also one thing more I like to add that there will be times when you feel overwhelmed, burned out, feeling doubtful, and questioning yourself. So, it is okay to evaluate yourself -- your needs, your priorities, and taking some steps to better take care of yourself, your fellow leaders, listeners, and members. We all are here for each other.
Each one of you has your own strengths, ideas, and creativity that you brought up with yourself and creating a great environment. Thank you for being here with us and I believe in you.
Please join me to congratulate and appreciate over 340+ community leaders & discussion leaders who went above and beyond in their multiple roles to create value in the community through their thoughts and contributions. But there are many more! If you know anyone, please tag them in this post to appreciate their contributions. It also includes the leaders and discussion leaders of February 2021 which I missed sharing earlier this month.
High Five to each one of you!
Also, I have a question for all! Please do share your thoughts with the community!
What makes you passionate about volunteering?
Please join me to appreciate and congratulate or send a high-five to these wonderful rockstars of our community!

Thank you for the Tag obs!!
What makes you passionate about volenteering
I enjoy volenteering just because I love to help people and people deserve help, atm I am too young to be a listener so why not do something close enough right? I enjoy leading discussions and seeing people's responses and getting to know each other.

The first day that I came to 7 Cups, someone was kind enough to listen to me. As, I joined in groups, people welcomed me. When I wanted to learn more, someone patiently taught me.
"Thank you" seems inadequate to express my gratitude and appreciation, so I volunteer to try to give back what was openly and freely given to me, when I needed it.

@Sher217
Hi Sher! So glad to see you on this thread. I appreciate your words! I would like to say "thank you" to you as well! You are a wonderful example of what I call "paying it forward". I'm thinking you won't remember me, but I remember you!
You were someone that was patient and kind with me when I needed some help navigating the forum areas in a training session led by @Hope. The training session was great but for some reason, I didn't quite understand the very last part of it all. You gave of yourself, your time, your treasures and your talents.You were willing to extend the training session to me personally and help out a fellow listener even though it wasn't "your job". Many thanks and big *hugs*

@ASilentObserver
Thank you Obs π
There is this genuine and reverent happiness that brims up in me every time I actively take part in contributing to the community. being surrounded by the most inspirational and hard working leaders like yourself and many others, it inspires me to work harder, to let my creativity flow. I am grateful to each and every leader here who has taught me so much, who has been patient with me and guided me through everything. You guys make me feel like I could have the silliest questions or doubts but you would always guide me through. Leaders don't lead set apart, they lead as they walk with the people. That's the kind of leader you guys remind me of; every single person on that list. Together, we walk towards delivering positivity, ensuring one another's well-being, embracing each other as we are and helping each other grow.
And that is exactly what makes me passionate about volunteering here. There is so much potential; from different people with minds overflowing with creativity and ideas. If we can bring all those to the front and work on them consistently, we build a community that never rests a day, when it comes to spreading love and embracing everyone. With the passion and drive of every volunteer here, it pleases me to know that I am a part of a community that strives to bring out the best in others and in ourselves. Thank you leaders. Thank you for being inspirational people I can look up to π

What makes you passionate about volunteering?
I love helping others, just how I was brought up I guess. I enjoy helping those who are new or just need a question answered or how to do this?

@ASilentObserver
What makes you passionate about volunteering?
I just don't want others having to face challenges and no one to turn to, going through the pain of feeling all alone in what they have to deal with. I firmly believe human is meant to help each other. Another point is that it is an amazing feeling when someone lets you know you made them feel just a little better.

@ASilentObserver
What makes you passionate about volunteering?
My passion is knowing I am here whether members or listeners to help in anyway I can. I love listening to their concerns and building confidence in them to know whether the issue is big or small, that I am always here to be of help.
