Peer Appreciation Team Communication and Outreach ♡
This thread can be used by The Peer Appreciation Team members to reach out to the appreciators or those who were appreciated as well as communicate amongst themselves. Since teen listeners/members are unable to contact adult listeners/members via private messages, we can use this thread to easily connect with them relating to peer appreciation posts. 😄

Who knew my crazy idea would be of your interest 😋 Alright so I came up with another two lines for our poem. Here I go...
We are many as a team,
but 'active us' are not as many in a week.
Though active or not if you know us enough
You'll know we give everyone a PAT for their great job
Let me know what you think about it.. Hope it's good. Also don't forget to add another two lines of your own to our poem 😉 Maybe after everyone's done, we can look into it and make it OUR poem.

Hello, everyone! I wanted to let you know that I will be taking a self-care break from the team for a few weeks, since I have been feeling pretty burned out and my mental health is a little unstable. However, I will still check-in to see if anyone has any questions and also attend the team huddle today! However, I will not be able to fulfull the necessary quota requirements during this time since I will focus on recovering. Thank you all for understanding! 💙

Thank you for taking the time to let us know. You know what, it's ok to have problems and bad times. We all do. Just imagine how many people's lives you have touched and improved by being a listener. You did all that despite of your own personal things. That shows what a lovely person you are.
So, what I'm trying to say is.. you're pretty amazing Nerd and I'm sure whatever it is you're going through you'll get out of it soon. When you come back from your break you'll shine so brightly as you always do. ❤️
