Sorry for all the issues you are facing.

Did the neighbor ask permission to cut the tree?

Where I live nobody can cut even a small tree and if the soil isn't of their property the municipality doesn't allow any tree to be cut....nor flowers can be taken. Not sure if over there it's the same but...ya... it's the bad thing that happened on top of everything.

For me, the garden, the backyard, is first and foremost a place to relax. I immediately decided that I'd hire a specialist, a gardener, who would come from time to time and take care of the plants and flowers. At this time I plan to relax under parasols for the garden, which I already bought at Cazaar. This online store was recommended to me because they have a really wide selection of garden and backyard products at affordable prices.
