i could definitely help show you around a bit 💙 we have the forums here at 7cups, we have rooms and PMs (the same as DMs/messages) this forum thread you’ve posted is in the general support sub-community but we do have many more sub communities (: communities like depression support, anxiety support, trauma support and more 💙 and fun communities like the hobby zone, the poetry community, the reading & writing community and so on. 💙

since your a teen, you have access to the teen rooms on the teen side of cups. like TCR (the teen community room, for light-hearted chats) SR (the support room, for support chats) and the LGBTQ+ room aka the rainbow room. 🌈 those are the 24/7 rooms on the teen side but we have other ‘pop-up’ rooms too that show up when there are different sessions/discussions and things like that. 

we also have 1-on-1 chats, with listeners. since your a teen *member* you can’t message other teen members - you can only message teen listeners and adult-teen listeners (ATLs) 💙
