What Brought You to 7 Cups?
Hello, everyone!
Folks come to 7 Cups from all walks of life, and every single person here brings something to the melting pot that is our unique community.
I'm curious to know what brought you to 7 Cups?
A challenge, a transition, peer support, healing? Something else entirely?
Maybe you found us on a whim and signed up out of curiosity: what caught your interest and what made you stay?
Feel free to share only what's comfortable for you! I think it would be fun to see what kinds of similarities emerge from your stories!
Remember, you're in a safe space here.
Looking forward to reading your stories!
Dealing with some relationship stress. Hoping for some support i guess?
When I first came to 7 Cups, I was searching for free online therapies. I was going through a lot and I couldn't afford therapy.
Thankfully, I found 7 Cups and a very caring listener. Today I'm a listener and able to provide others with the help I once sought.
@Heather225 I’m mentally physically spiritually and emotionally drained
Courage to heal myself and others
I decided to join in this app to try something new. I wanted to learn how to manage my emotions more. Hopefully, i'll gain more insights and grow for the better.

I am here to volunteer, now I find I am learning a lot.

Hi 👋🏾 thank you for the lovely post 🌹 I was really feeling the need to find community after going no contact from family. Definitely peer support. Things are going well thus far thank goodness. Grateful for the platform and for all of us supporting each other. Glad to be here during such a devastating time of my life. It really makes the positive difference. ❤️
@Heather225 I originally signed up to have help with my addictions but I am quickly finding this is all around helpful with many areas of my day to day life. Really enjoying this so far and it's helpful!
