...See more Hi y'all. Ok so fasting is hard 😳 or at least it feels that way. I feel so bad at it. I'm interested in practicing ONAD for the next few months (OMAD = One Meal A Day) and it's really challenging. Food is my go to for comfort 🥰❤️ Anyone have any tips and pointers for fasting? New rules require new tools it seems... Open to suggestions 🌹

...See more Hi 👋🏾 I drank 3 liters of water today. I'm thankful 🙏🏾 I do my best each day. Today was three liters. The goal was 5, I made it to 3 today. I count it as a win, it was my absolute best for the day and that matters to me ☺️🙌🏾💖.

...See more Hey everyone, today was a real struggle for me wow. My plan was 4-5 liters today, I made it to almost two. Remembering that my healing journey may not be / isn't always linear... Lots of deep emotions surfacing that I've been supressing almost my entire life wow. Being tender and gentle with myself today as I navigate this deeper healing for my long term well-being. I love myself and if I only ever again have 1 friend in this entire world, I want that one friend to be me. Grateful for the almost 2 liters today 🙏🏾🌹 grateful for my self compassion 🙏🏾🌹 grateful for my courage to heal 🙏🏾 🌹 and efforts to heal 🙏🏾🌹
