A good post/meme. I have a minor quibble with it: "spirituality" listed as a sign of mental health. It looks as if it has to be there as part of the whole mental health package. I disagree. For many years I haven't called myself an atheist, but I was one for a while. It never affected my mind in a bad way. People can be resilient & have their heads screwed on without believing in a deity or some kind of mystical doctrine...millions of secular folk do it every day. Aside from that, it's nicely informative.

great post to inform people. I don’t know about the credibility as just coming across it but if true does define some boundaries.

As the stigma of anything mental has decreased the understanding of of mental health and illness has not been defined clearly or alongside the stigma reducing information that has helped many.

it’s great to have such defining explanations, thank you

I think that's very basic information, i would use it like a post where under it you can to explain better. you know, there's people with health that are not optimistic or not so flexble, or just not have so much empathy, and reverse people ill that have it those, every mind is a big unique world :)
