@MindonFire6 OMG I so understand what you mean. One of my (unwanted) mantras is "I'm not even LOW man on the totem pole... I'm NO man on the totem pole." When I am seen, I'm told that I'm "the drama queen" and that I create my own stress needlessly so I should "just get over it."
None of that's neither here nor there. But I don't agree. I lost my living space so I'm homeless, my truck hasn't been functional in over a year, I have a love/hate relationship with the guy I've been with over 10 years (love/hate because he's a lazy ***), my 14+ year old dog got hit by a truck, my food stamps got reduced to $23 which doesn't buy CRAP, almost all my stuff has been stolen... Well, you get my point I'm sure.
Anyhow, it doesn't matter if the stress, fear, and pain I'm feeling is fabricated in my mind or not...the only thing that matters is that this is how I'm feeling, and feelings aren't right or wrong, they just ARE.
Is much rather receive a hug than have what I'm going through be dismissed as something so insignificant.
Anyway, hon, we can be ghosts together, and haunt the heck outta the people ignoring us or what we're going through.
