🥰 Could you please share your habits that help you to stay positive ❤️?
Mention two habit of yours that keep you happy and helped to stay positive?(It must be something you do without fail)
Mine is:
1) TC of my plant babies watching them grow
2) writing 5 things (at the end of the day) which made me smile or happy that day (this I read somewhere and practice was difficult at first to find 5 things, but now I find my self searching for 5 things to write and yes it helps me)🥰
Disclaimer: I am not a plant person but yeah I have one pair of burritos tail n I managed to keep mine alive for an year till now 😅

Hey there! Two habits that I enjoy that help keep me positive are:
1) Talk to my wife / spend time with her hanging out, playing games, and watching movies etc.
2) Listen to Lofi Chiptunes / Music that gets me in a positive mood :)
Mainly because my wife is my safe person and I have always loved music a lot, especially chiptunes & lofi because they remind me of my favorite childhood video games!

Well thank you! I really appreciate your kind words and although I didn't have that great of a childhood video games were one of my coping tools to get through everything so Lofi / Chiptunes have become a certain source of self-soothing for me, especially when I am feeling negative emotions :) You are so correct though, some of the most powerful positive things come from the things that made us happy in childhood. I appreciate you taking the time out of your day / night to reach out. I wish you nothing but the best!

Writing stories, because it feels like the most perfect thing I can do. I get bored easily but I don't like change, and with writing there are a million scenarios and settings you can create yet the format for writing never really changes. Creating the ultimate profession for me to pursue. It makes me so happy!!!!
Walk with my dog in nature twice a day.
Journal a minimum of 5 things which happened within the last 24h that made me happy, that I appreciated, that I am grateful for. I do this in the morning.
Go to bed early enough that in the morning I get up without an alarm because I have indeed had enough sleep.

Everybody has a "favorites" section in their phone's gallery right, in mine, I've favorited some images which has quotes, certain affirmations and statements and I make sure to open that folder everyday to remind myself those beautiful words.
Looking at those pictures and reading what's in them acts more like a validation, consolation or even reassurance sometimes. They're are so comforting to read; they're no less than a hug to me..
Going through that section everyday helps me stay positive. 🥰

@G2foru my faith has a lot of comfort for me. So whenever I feel bad I remind myself that God has a plan for me and everything will work out in the end. I just need to ride it out, be pro active and he will make the right things work for me. My Bible app is also helping me a lot. When I have some worries I search up a related plan and it helps to shift my perspective or highlight my gratitude. Second thing is asking myself what am I grateful for. And even if I initially think all is bad, I soon realise that actually, I have so much in life to be grateful for
Painting , cooking , resting try to self care bo matter what .
Frankly speaking praying helps me a lot and after thst cookimg and daily workout. But fail to continue this to improve myself
1. I brew a cup of coffee with my moka pot
2. I feed the neighbor's cat when he strays away to visit me 🥰
