What's the ONE THING that you need to improve?

You know, there's a lot of situations we're dealing with, right?
And sometimes we have qualities about ourselves that we want to improve so we can live life better, is that correct?
Well, I want to know what you want to improve and maybe I can help you out with that!
For starters, let me start with one thing about me that I wish to improve on.
That is: Patience
Having a lot of patience is hard to manage sometimes because we want it when we want it and right away. I find myself wanting things right away and never wanting to wait time to make it happen, or let it come. Throughout my life journey, there were life situations that taught me patience in many ways and I know there's some minor tweaks that I need to make in order to have that patience I need for future endeavors.

I need to improve on having no expectations on people around me
Forgiveness, for myself and others
Letting go of fear, sometimes I sabotage myself because deep down I fear of being happy. I'm so used to not being ok, that anything different even if it's better, it's scary
I need to improve on putting myself first, sometimes I put other people and their needs before mine, I guess I'm scared to loose them. I need to start setting boundaries and algo asking things from them like they do with me
Ask for help in a healthy way, most of the times I don't do anything for the things that upset me, it all starts to build up inside and it's bad when I let it out
I know on the title said ONE THING, that can give you a little sneak peek on my personality

My fifth to second échappés en pointe. I just have trouble getting over my box so quickly in second position.
One thing I need to improve on is saving money. Im working on it. Doing pretty well so far. Just gotta be more strict with myself
@MiniSapphire me too! what keeps me going is looking towards the future.
More like 3 things lol:
1.Being more kinder and gentler to myself.
2.Being more about my actions and words and paying less attention to those around me. (Working on it daily and there is a major improvement.)
3.Being true to myself.
The ability to follow through or finish what I start just once in my life, just once before I die...that would be awesome!
I need to improve on finding healthy boundaries with my friends
Manage my anxiety
I need to improve my self-esteem.
Therapistis throughout the years (since I was a little kid) told me that I need to work on my self-esteem.
My current therapist thinks low self-esteem is the root of all of my depression and anxieties, and I think she might be right.
It's hard.
I need to work on my emotions and staying in control of my thoughts and how react to depression/hopelessness.
