If you could write a note to your younger self, what would you say in only three words?
I had two thoughts. 1) Words can hurt. 2) Try your best.
What would your note say? 
It would be STOP BEING AN A**HOLE
You do not need a man's approval to feel like you are worth something. And stay away from guys named Chris, Jeremy or Rob they will only cause you heartache.
Pay her attention.
Me 4 years-ago would've used this advice quite well.

Don't give up
It gets better.
Don't trust her.
Listen to Grandma and learn how to manipulate people. Not in a bad way, but it's just that people don't want to hear your truth and being honest 100% gets you left alone or thought of as strange. Don't lay all your cards on the table and don't be an open book all the time. People take advantage of that and don't respect it.
Love yourself completely
Let them go
Listen more to ur parents
Forget all people.
