@TallApple138 When I was younger I hated talking to people, also I had lead poisoning which is why people thought I was mentally challenegd. But my older siblings and even my own mom would call me retarded because of it. It didn't help at all, only made me want to talk less and less. I wish I had someone there to tell me I wasn't retarded cuz I knew i wasn't but I was never able to defend myself. Even though I did exeedingly well in school the fact that I didn't like to talk to people made people think there was something wrong with me. I'm still a pretty quiet person now as I just like keeping to myself and don't like wasting my breath. But I just wish I could've gotten at least a little guidance as a kid regarding that. it woulda helped me a lot
