Hello! It's a pleasure to have you join the 7 Cups community :)
One of my favorite tracks of all time is "Sing For The Moment" by Eminem
@CJHere2Help Eminem ohhh...Don't get me started on him!!! I used to be so infatuated with him as a teenager!!! I guess I still am LOL!!!! I used to know all the lyrics by heart!
@RisingPhoenix1987
Same here! He's such an amazing artist, I listen to him all the time. I even have a "SHADY" tattoo on my right forearm. Do you have a favorite Eminem song?
@CJHere2Help
Mine is Killshot. Rap battle perfection.
@Torean
Very solid choice, Killshot is definitely his best work when it comes to diss tracks. Quitter was also phenomenal when he went at Everlast, absolute obliteration. The best diss track ever written in my opinion is "Story of Adidon" by Pusha T, he annihilated Drake. Exposed him as an absent father and made the cover photo an actual picture of Drake being racist. Drake is gonna need to hire the best ghostwriters in the business to take down Kendrick if he decides to mention Adidion
@CJHere2Help
Heheh, I'll have to listen to that one, I'd love to hear Drake getting dissed like that.
I like most of Eminem's stuff. I didn't think I'd like him that much. I'm actually pretty new to rap in general, like within the past year new, so I'm slowly introducing myself to more. Before that, I mostly just had Saul Williams and Immortal Technique in my collection, and they aren't well known.
So far I've gone in the order of Eminem, 2Pac, The Notorious BIG, SkyDxddy, Kendrick Lamar, Snoop, and Del the Funky Homosapien. Adding a decent amount of songs.
@Torean
All amazing artists, my top 3 of all time are Em, Pac, and Wayne. I've been into hip-hop for a while. I would suggest some classic groups like Brand Nubian, De La Soul, and A Tribe Called Quest, they're all dope. For newer artists, JID has to be my favorite, his flows are the best I've heard outside of the big goats. There's tons of variety in hip-hop, definitely try to listen to a bunch of artists in different subgenres
@CJHere2Help
Nice, I'll keep those in mind. I will probably do Brand Nubian at some point soon, because I know I've heard them before and just don't really remember the sound or why I seemed to like them. I definitely know the other names, but not sure if I've ever really heard them yet. It's all fair game, I'm always moving on and checking out new music nowadays. 😁
@RisingPhoenix1987 ooooo I have too many , current though is Afraid to love by David Archuleta
Nice to meet you I'm new as well. My current favorite song has been my favorite song for over 10 years and if I don't listen to once a day.... something is off.
The lyrics is part of my belief system.

My current fave is Off The Ground by The Record Company.
Am so glad that blues-based rock is still going...that much is right with the world.
One that gets stuck in my head is “Diggy Diggy Hole” lol
