I am not speaking of more trivial, minor, simple things when helping others. I am focusing on helping others, here, in this post, at are so dedicated in their lives of helping others. This is different.
I expressed just a little bit of how I feel about this to only one person today, Sun. But, I knew I had to be very careful and hold back a lot of good, positive things, as what I posted was in a spot that could be read by many.
I choose and like to support these speical others in private only. I do not want any thing back from expressing what I feel for them. Some of these very special people who devote so much of their lives and time to always being there and doing all they can for others have deep needs they deal with also. I want to do all I can for thise special people in quique ways just tailored for them, that will give and help them in the best ways for them. I have geat love for these people and do not ever want to cross any boundary with how I feel and care and want to be good to them.
There are three very special people like this in my life, and also many that are so close to this to me. I hurt so much and get so upset and very sad for them, with somethings that they endure. But, I do well to deal with this in private and come to them, ready, willing and able to be there for them in all the ways I can figure out that are best and helpful for them. I love them deeply for just who they are.
I feel very inadequate so, so much in things and ways I do my best to be good and help them. I know they need so much more, even if they do all they can to hide it and just keep trying to be there for others always.
I feels lots, but, I do not ever feel anger type of thins, or hatred toward others. I am very glad of this and I feel it is a blessing from God.
Yes, I am having my own personal problems currently, many physical and many psychological. But, this is all for me to deal with and do the best I can to keep overcoming it all and finding things I CAN do.
I must say that 7cups has given me knowledge and understanding of so much that so many deal with that are very hard. Some of these people are the ones that are doing the most to help others, even through they themselves seem to be struggling with some of the greatest things. I only have more admiration for them.
It feels amazing to help someone. I'm happy to share positivity with people when they need it! Nothing is more fulfilling for me than helping other people and allowing them to feel heard.

It is definitely rewarding to know that I was able to help someone along the way.
@CheeryMango
Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them.
Get rid of all bitterness, rage, anger, harsh words, and slander, as well as all types of evil behavior. Instead, be kind, tenderhearted, forgiving to each other...
How does it feel when I help someone?
To be honest, it depends on the person and situation. . . normal I am open to help whomever I can. However with the virus it's been more tricky. Some don't want others close or help in fear of the virus.
I do appreciate when someone is grateful, but sometimes I just know I am doing the right thing regaurdless.
If I'm not feeling good, then I don't feel good after helping others, like as if I'm trying to prove a point. But if I'm not anxious or depressed then I feel alright, or good. Depends on what it is.

Helping someone makes my day count. I feel like I did something good, especially if someone's situation, day, life got improved I feel so happy for them. I feel like the world becomes even more beautiful and bright💜

It feels amazing!
The foremost reason why I joined 7 Cups was the very idea of helping people anonymously. It has always been my dream to serve humanity selflessly because it makes me feel tremendous. Those blessings and appreciation are priceless. It is enough to satisfy anyone when you get to know that you are the reason behind someone's smile. A genuine smile after struggling through so much is impeccable.
