(World Mental Health Day) Word Association Game!
In honor of World Mental Health Day (and my love for words :P), I propose anuplifting game!
Positive Words Associated with Mental Well-Being. An example of a word would be "calm." But there's a twist - the word must begin with the last letter of the previous word.
Calm -- > Meditation
Nature -- > Eating
There are no wrong words. That's why it's called association, so don't overthink it. Just have fun with it and see where your mind goes!
