Hi everyone! Caregivers are the unsung heroes of our society. Whether it is caregiving for your family or undertaking it as a job, it requires incredible dedication.
As per your experience/observation, what is a must-have characteristic for caregivers?
@Hope I live in a care home. I'm disabled and need 24 hour care. The carers here are ammmaaazing, I get treated like a princess. Most importantly they have patients, and don't make you feel ashamed to be yourself. Thank you to not just my carers but to all carers ❤❤❤ you are all shinning stars in what can be a dark world ❤❤ thankyou
@Tinywhisper11 thank you for your kind words. Even if I am not one of your caregivers, hearing your words of gratitude makes me feel more appreciated as a caregiver becahse there is appreiciation somwhere in this world that I do not hear much of. It is not that they do not feel gratitude but they are unable to express things energetically like you do.

Caregivers are selfless, but we also need to care for ourselves as we would take care of others, such as having enough sleep, eating nutritious food, or socializing with others.
