I need food that went through my brain but also the fact you can just no eat I know I have to eat but what if I just not do that for a while like still eat dinner but maybe skip breakfast and lunch and try to stop snaking, I ate a bowl of noodles for dinner I think that's good

question: is it that you don’t like chewing? because i’m like that sometimes, however, i’m not the healthiest right now, so i have to eat even if it’s snacking. what i normally do though when i don’t feel like eating, i blend oats and anything that pairs well with it, like banana, almonds, milk and such. the oats is a really good base as it’s heavy and keeps you fuller for a little while 🫶🏽

@chyni some textures I don't like so I don't eat it but it's more of taste witch it makes it harder being allergic to milk and eggs because that takes away a lot of food that would be good
