I havent eaten anything for six days and I feel so so so tired but every time I try to eat something I just start gagging like its the worst thing in the world and I feel awful and i hate being like this. This is the third time this has happened, and last time went for 11 days... I dont want to wait another five days or more I want to be better but I just cant make myself

@RaspberryRiver I'm so sorry this is happening... that sounds really rough...

Would thinner food help? Maybe soup or a smoothie? Sorry I can't help more... I don't have a lot of experience with this kind of thing.

@BlueBetta sometimes on the first one i could eat rice cakes... ill try that again. thanks for the support anyhow, i appreciate it.

@RaspberryRiver Does drinking work? Whenever I've got trouble like that, I'm mostly still able to keep liquids down Drinking milk or juices (or on good days, smoothies) helps. For me, juices are harder - due to the acid - but milk works pretty well. And at least it's some food.

Or is there any food that sounds appealing to you rn? Something soft - the first thing that comes to my mind is bananas?

@sam314 mostly anything i can feel in my stomach disgusts me... too much liquid and i can feel it, its just too much to eat something with mass.

@RaspberryRiver Perhaps try drinks with some kind of nourishment? Juices?
If it's just the feeling - glucose or dextrose, or some things that just dissolve in your mouth and don't reach your stomach?

Just collecting ideas. You will find something that will work for you!
