1. I don't say no.
2. I hide what I'm really feeling and tell everyone I'm fine.
3. Having a hard time keeping my temper.
My inability to get good sleep yet tired all the time.
no appetite which is cause pretty big weight loss.
Not being able to process normal day to day tasks
- scared of people
- insomnia
- addiction
Solutions:
- distance from bad people. only interact with nice people. only interact when enough energy and motivation. never spend all energy on one interaction.
- stay in bed even when awake because better to rest and not sleep than be active and not sleep
- find less harmful things to get addicted to. I already get past the withdrawal stage.
- Money to put myself through school

Dude me too. Same problems my friend. Somehow I always convince myself that I'm faking depression and that I'm just doing it for attention and then I feel unstable :/
