The One Thing I Do When I'm Depressed is...
What is the one thing you do to help yourself feel better when you're experiencing depression? It can be anything at all, even simple things such as a longer warmer shower and listening to music or sounds of nature before bed.
I isolate myself and shut down. I try and reset myself and keep myself from causing anymore problems.
Cry and stay up late.
A good thing Id do is get myself busy or just talk to my best friend, but sometimes Id also just isolate myself and try to sleep hoping Ill wake up feeling a bit better.
I smoke, cry and sleep.

I dont really do anything. Its hard for me to find the energy or desire to do anything when Im depressed. I usually just prefer to sit alone in my room.
@KelliLorraine i do the exact same thing. Lay in one spot daydreaming and sometimes i dont even take a shower
Cry
Nap or listen to music
Well. Some days are harder than others. But usually I write in my note book. I write lists or I write down my thoughts.
I text my mum, then hide under a pile of blankets and watch a funny film for an hour or two
