What's something you've improved this year?
Hello everyone!!! It's almost the end of 2016! This means, 2017 is coming!! It is a new year, new start, and a hopeful year.
At the turn of the year, let's take sometime to think about what are the things we did? Improvment? Positive news?
Every 10 things you list, then also think about what are 3 things we could do better in next year to make our life even better?
Remeber, everything little thing is important!! Let yourself you know that you are lovable! And how amazing that you've come to here!

Things I did great~
Try to go to bed before 12:00 PM
Make new friends
Take new challenges
Make daily plans and try to follow the plans

Hmmm
I joined 7 cups
I am not as emotional
I reach out to my daughter in ND
I helped my parents come to a decision about moving near me.
I don't let my husband blame me for every wrong decision he makes
I make my own money, not much but a start.
Changes to be better
Not going to let myself or kids be emotional abused
Going to make plans to make new life for me and kids
Making a break from this unhealthy life without looking back!
Wow this is going to be hard, but I deserve respect and this stressful life I have lived for 13 yrs is not helping my chronic pain and mental health!

Congradulations! Seems like you've put lots of efforts in family relationship. I feel warm and lovely about everything you tried this year! We are always here, and wish the best for you no matter what ups and downs is infromt of the journey. I beleive you will reach more goals next year!

Things I did well:
I managed to become friends with a few of the boys in my form class, and they don't care that I'm quiet!
I've managed to survive, and I'm still living now!
I've completed 3 speaking exams in French and Irish.
I completed my first set of GCSE modules.
I kept most of my grades up at school, and plan to work harder in that one subject . . .
I managed to go out with friends for the first time at the weekend!
I laughed way more than I did in previous years thanks to those around me.
I opened up a tiny bit about my feelings to my friend.
I brought myself to tell a teacher that another teacher was picking on me and making fun of me.
I've managed to get most (if not all) of my teachers to like me a lot <3
Things I could do better:
I want to try and stop self harming.
I want to take better care of myself; physically and mentally.
I want to try and like myself more. and be self confident.

I learned meditation.
I didn't have big setbacks in depression.
I learned a lot about my mental health.
I started to wake up earlier.

Things I did great this year-
started using my planner
started seeing a therapist and doctor for my anxiety and depression
new fitness tracker
new job at a coffee shop
2016 wasn't so bad after all :)

Something I improved on was my happiness! Now it is going as way due to a breakup but I had a good year with him.

Things I Improved in 2016
~ Joined and made coming to 7 Cups a routine
~ Established a self-care routine
~ Now take my meds and test my blood sugar daily
~ Completed an 8 week program with AbilTo for depression - depressive episodes haven't gotten quite as bad or lasted as as long since then
~ Eating better
~ Exercising more
Things I Can Improve in 2017
~ Continue to improve eating habits
~ Continue to improve on exercise routine
~ Journal more often (written journal and art journal)

Things I improved this year ... get to law college ...I worked on strengthening my English ... I stopped the idea of sucide ... I read more books

I've started to speak up more and I've started trusting someone with my hidden things that I don't tell people and they haven't left, even when without realising it I was tring to push them away because I was scared. It feels so strange to feel this level of trust I actually don't know what to do with it..

I am so glad to hear that you start to trust and let someone in. :) I understand it can be soo hard and weired when first start to practice building trust and relationship. It is hard for everyone. Just being aware of my mental health and acknowledging the fact that I need to take a break and calm down my anxiety in a productive manner.
