Im not really the crying kind, i bury my emotions usually (which could be the problem) but two months ago i had one day whete i kept breaking down crying. I had to veer off into a park and get away from people. I broke down and sobbed. I dont even know why. I hope you had a better day today.....👍

Amazing. I just jogged for 30 minutes this morning, took 3,082 steps and I feel like myself or like I'm on the right track to get back to my healthy fit self again.
