Goals for 2022!
goals come in so many ways; some big, and others really small! we all have our own personal goals, so together, let's create some SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound) goals for this upcoming year and have something to look forward to working on. feel free to share below: what are some goals you have for your 2022 year?
I want to finish school and figure out what I want to do with my education. Unfortunately, my MS has proven to me over the past few days that I can't go back to work - even part time.

Specific - finalize driving license, survive the probationary period of a future job, take care of body.
Measurable - drive around and watch lots of videos every week or month, research job requirements little bit at a time per day, go visit the doctor every now and then.
Achieveable - I did Step 1 and 2 of driving (need to get to Step 3) and those were really hard but I'm smarter now, I've done research before, I've visited doctor before.
Realistic - Driving might take some time and I will need to approach it with an open mind and lots of practice, research is ongoing and divided into chunks, can do virtual visit with doc.
Timely - Yes, I could work on driving throughout now until next year, I will need to research more in the upcoming few weeks, I could virtually visit doctor every now and then.

To maybe journal more or getting back to it on a daily basis which helped me in the past with my goals.
And to get back on track with my meal planning and workouts (on a regular daily basis) after these holidays are over. So that I can continue reaching my personal goals that I have for myself.
Goals for the new year are often just a reminder to continue with long term goals. My main ongoing goal is to always treat others with kindness and try to leave them feeling better than when I found them.
Other goals are to be better to myself (eating better, working out, practicing self-care, etc), be better about walking away from nonsense arguments while caring for my mother (those arguments where she's arguing for the sake of arguing), and to be more future focused.
Last, but not least, to get control over my junk emails by "unsubscribing" from several each day. LOL
@MunchieTaters
all of these goals are incredible!! continuing with long term goals can really make a huge difference - i'm very glad that you have so many that you're working towards keeping up and being better to yourself! unsubscribing from those junk emails is a very good goal :p i have my fair share of those as well haha! wishing you all the best for the new year <3 thanks so much for sharing!
