Does anyone feel the same?

You know you're not doing well when one day you start to feel tired, lock yourself in your room, cry for no apparent reason, and your chest hurts a lot, sleep for a very long time, don't shower for days, eat unhealthy. When you realize it's wrong, you try to get out of it all with great difficulty and pain. And people who don't know anything say "everyone is stressed too" Is it normal to be disappointed again? oh it feels like it hasn't healed yet but it's been stabbed again.

Hello,

Definitely, feels bad when you are struggling a lot and try to explain to your loved ones and they take it casually and try making it an issue everyone goes through.

Sending good thoughts your way. Take care of yourself. <3

You are not the only one. I was ignored by my family during one of my lowest points when I was younger. Because of that, I never got any help until I was an adult and had to ask for myself. I hate when people say that "everyone's depressed". It sounds like they are trying to use it as an excuse or downplaying it. But for me, depression is debilitating. It keeps you from completing even the simplest daily routines you need to survive.
