...See more You know you're not doing well when one day you start to feel tired, lock yourself in your room, cry for no apparent reason, and your chest hurts a lot, sleep for a very long time, don't shower for days, eat unhealthy. When you realize it's wrong, you try to get out of it all with great difficulty and pain. And people who don't know anything say "everyone is stressed too" Is it normal to be disappointed again? oh it feels like it hasn't healed yet but it's been stabbed again.
