@ASilentObserver I have a terrible time maintaining hope. Sometimes reading helps. If all else fails I have my little dog who wants nothing more than to stay in my lap.

@gbrenna Thank you for sharing about how reading and your dog help maintain hope when it's difficult. Having sources of comfort and meaning is important.
