1) How are you feeling today physically and mentally? I feel overheated, sweaty, and achy. My hear feels like it is full of newspaper.
2) What is a high and low that you encountered recently? High: I realized that i have a favorite flower, Low: I was ignored when i tried to speak with someone from my neighborhood.
3) Do you anything that's been circling in your mind these days? Is there something we all have in common that makes life worth living?

So you are out walking? Great that you found a flower that you liked. That is extra special.
It is good that you tried to talk to someone. Unluckily they don't always respond, but that doesn't say anything about you. @Gettingbettertoday

Today was better than yesterday. I was in tears last night but woke up with more clarity this morning on moving forward with positive thoughts (at least trying to manufacture them) instead of the constant negativity that the depression fuels.

Physically I feel fine but mentally... I been feeling... sad as I feel like I can't be happy or deserve to be happy.
2) What is a high and low that you encountered recently?
I got a new job but it seems disorganized to a huge level. Nothing as a big low but I guess it's just dealing with my loneliness
3) Do you anything that's been circling in your mind these days? Feel free to share with us more about it
I feel like I as don't deserve to be happy and im just a problem. Why would someone like myself who has autism, dealing with neglectful past, and being alone deserves happiness... all I am is just a problem and it is easy to ignore or push me away...

1)I'm feeling good today I am on vacation tomorrow for my 4 year anniversary ππΉβ¨πͺ»πβ
2) high and low - a high would be good food lately and a low is worrying a lot lately
3) circling in head - I have been under a lot of stress at work. I have been dealing with a lot from everyone. Hoping to find a different job soon ποΈπ

I'm not doing good. I take one step forward and 10 steps backward. At the moment, I'm struggling with everything from PTSD, depression, ideations, SH, several losses, nightmares, and flashbacks.

I have gone through periods like that too. It is so easy to feel like things just go backwards, but sometimes you are going more forwards than you think. Of course, the fact that it is really tough to see that doesn't make things easy.

I have been doing some mindfulness, distractions, changing scenery, and doing weekly check-ins.
