Good! Little nervous about my 10.30 today but it'll be alright.

2.) What helps you relax and can you do that for yourself this week?

I'm experimenting with this idea of "deep play," so I'm going to try to do some difficult tasks that are not related to work but do use similiar skills.

Ham is just a lesser version of pepperoni.

1.) How are you doing?
I am kind of super overwhelemed. Stressed out over money cos my hours at work were cut. Tired of eating the same thing over and over, but it's cheap and eay to just keep making potato dishes sjfsd hhh.

2.) What helps you relax and can you do that for yourself this week?
I like to listen to asmr and I will try to set aside time to just let myself rest.

I'm not super fond of mushrooms, but I want to try and find a way to enjoy them and expand my palette.

Had a breakup recently, still feels terrible.

2.) What helps you relax and can you do that for yourself this week?

Keep meditating, doing execises and go to bed in time.

Not like mushrooms as much, but otherwise I am tolerant to any which is not too spicy.

1.) How are you doing?

I'm very tired. I didn't wake up early this morning to go walk while it was still dark because I was worried I'd run into that same homeless guy who bothered me yesterday. I took my walk later, then when I got home I started cleaning up someone else's mess that was left outside of our property. It was all shoes and clothes, garbage and a picture frame, and a single roll of wrapping paper. I also had to scoop up cat or dog poop.

Someone took a no trespassing sign off one of our security doors, so I sent an email to the manager about it. I also included notes about someone having left a Christmas wreath up (and I'm sure he's aware and seen it) and I was trying to take it down since it's almost March and the wreath's a fire hazard. Also that a doormat has gone missing so I'll try and talk to one of the upstairs tenants about it to figure out what happened to it.

2.) What helps you relax and can you do that for yourself this week?

Completing small tasks and then doing something else like reading or going on my computer. I did some dishes and then wrote my email to the apartment manager. And now I might make myself something for lunch since I've already missed breakfast because I overslept. Then I'll drink only water for the rest of the day to conserve the rest of my food so I can make it till the beginning of the next month.

3.) What pizza topping do you hate?

I've never tried them on pizza but I just don't like jalapeños. I prefer red peppers if I can get them, but nothing super spicy.

I'm doing pretty good actually. I'm positive for the future and I'm putting a plan into place.

2.) What helps you relax and can you do that for yourself this week?

Listening to music and reading a good book. I'm definitely going to be finishing off a book I've been reading during lockdown this week!

I actually really hate Pepperoni as a pizza topping.

I feel very empty, which is better than actively hating myself and everything else. I don't get time to myself to relax Due to food allergies I can't eat pizza

I'm doing okay. 5/10. Not bad but not good either.

Nap! I also love to meditate! Maybe I'll also binge watch some YouTube.

Onion, pineapple, anchovies, peppers, jalapeños are okay but only if they're not fresh (if that makes sense, like they have to be canned not dry, idk... oof sorry) and sausage.

1.) How are you doing? Not so great. I had a relapse today, and after roughly two years of being clean I feel like a failure.

2.) What helps you relax and can you do that for yourself this week? Lots of art. Drawing usually takes my mind off things.
