@Tinywhisper11 thank you, i really need it right now 🌻 Having a bit of a harder time lately due to a depressive wave. I am doing what I can and some days and better, some are worse, but in general, just feeling sucked dry from energy without a reason. Feeling down and unmotivated. And even if the day itself is not bad overall, I just get a random wave of sadness and depression that is soul crushing and it makes me even more exhausted by the end of the day. I know it will pass but I just want it to go away now.
@sadcat13 awww honey😥 I'm so sorry. Depression is so very very hard to have to live with. And when it starts spiralling😟 well all you can do is try your best. I'm not a listener, but I'm just a tag away if you ever need to talk. I love you ❤ many people here love you ❤ always reach out, don't suffer alone ok? Hugs you tightly ❤❤
@Tinywhisper11 thank you. I'm taking care of myself a little bit extra and journal a lot, trying to be very intentional about it. We will see how it goes 🌻 it's just that I haven't had an episode for a long time now and it is no longer natural to me, so taking it worse
