Thank you @bunnypants for always encouraging and reminding me of good things like unicorns and bunnies and rainbows, because sometimes when I'm on 7 cups it's almost as if I'm constantly anxious for what I might not have done well previously and therefore kinda expect the worst. When I'm lacking self-confidence, you're like a cheerleader pushing me on P:. To top it off you're my best friend so <3

Sobrang thankful ako sa mga kaibigan ko na parating anjan kapag kailangan ko sila, and di nila ako iniwan nung sobrang down ako dahil sa depression. Parati ako magiging thankful. <3

Translation: I am very much thankful to my friends who are always there whenever I need them, and that they didn't left me I was so down with depression. I will always be thankful. <3

Nagpapasalamat ako sa aking pamilya at mga kaibigan na laging nandyan para sa akin kahit na ang bilis-bilis magbago ng moods ko, iniintindi nila ako hehe. At saka sa 7 cups community na naging takbuhan ko nung mga panahon na parang gusto ko na sumuko at tsaka sa opurtunidad na makatulong sa ibang taong may pinagdadaanan rin kagaya ko. Dito ko nakita na hindi ako nag-iisa at laging may mga tao na nandyan para sumuporta at umalalay sayo. <3

(Translation: I'm thankful for my family and friends who have always been there for me even though I change moods rapidly, they still understood me. And to the 7 cups community that had been a place I can run to during those times when I wanna give up at for the opportunity it gave me to help other people in need just like me. This is where I found out that I am not alone and there will always be people who will support you )
