Join the Question and Answer (Q&A) Approval Team! 2021 Relaunch

Hi everyone,

We are re-launching the Q&A Approval Team, a team designed to help review and approve both questions as well as answers submitted by community users on our Question and Answer Pages.

To begin with, we will be tackling Answer Approvals only, and are looking for 40 dedicated team members to join for this purpose.

Interested in What Makes a Good Answer?

A good answer has correct spelling and grammar and is directly related to the question being asked. Technical facts are verifiable, showing good research/knowledge about the topic without plagiarism. Tips and approaches are shared accordingly instead of vague answers, however, direct advice is avoided. The answer has applied active listening skills to address the concern as well as associated feelings and is empathetic. Personal anecdotes are only shared to support the answer instead of turning all the focus to the individual answering the question. In areas that could make use of medical/professional help, answers encourage the individual to seek medical or professional support/advice.

Requirements To Join:

• Verified Listeners with at least 3 published answers on any Q&A Pages

• Members who have joined the community for at least 3 months and have at least 3 published answers on any Q&A Pages

• LDP, CDM, or Intern Graduates

• Fluent in English, especially grammar

• Able to commit to approving at least 50 answers per month

• Able to commit to staying on the team for at least 3 months (including communicated breaks)
