Some phrases that help me:

"You can do this." "You've been through worse and made it out." "I'm here for you." "You're lovable." "you're enough." "doing certain things dosen't make you a wh0re." "you didn't deserve what they did." "nobody will hurt you/me." "you're/I'm safe" "You're doing good." "Well done!" "Good job!"

I matter

@CheeryMango This is admittedly a hard one, not everything helps all the time. But some things that do help sometimes are "I'm still here today with everything that's happened, I can be here one more day and just take it day by day." and "Every little thing I get done, no matter how small, takes a tiny bit off the things I need to get done. The small wins matter and trying matters."

Being abused was not my fault.

Mine would be:

  • "Better days will come".
  • "I can do this".
  • "Believe in yourself".
  • "Keep fighting".
  • "I am in control".
  • "I matter".
  • "Remember to smile".
  • "Breathe".
