It's a long time since I've listened to podcasts at all, but I used to like Happier with Gretchen Rubin. I've just looked it up and there are almost 300 episodes now, so I've got a lot of catching up to do!

Okay, time for some confessions: I don't listen to podcasts, much. I have, however, once tried Jay shetty's and they were inspirational and made me wonder about things, so, I will go with that one.

I'm not much of a listening type, I prefer to read... but recently I listened to Lying by Sam Harris - not a podcast to be exact, but very interesting.
