How are we doing?

Communication is something that is difficult for a lot of autistics. Of course, this will look different for everyone.

How do you manage communication difficulties? Lets share some ideas together!

This is something I use when I am struggling to speak.

Different for me because deaf and do not speak ! First language a s l most people not know sign very hard communicate anyone not know sign ☹️☹️☹️

I have a pocket sized notebook I take with me everywhere so I have the option to write words. 

I also have communication tags with various phrases I might use on them that is kept on a keyring.

I write poems and make my hubby play never ending charades 🤣

Sometimes I write stories to tell my MH team how they make me feel. They still don't seem to get it.
