I think it's anxiety 2

Whenever i feel nervous, i started to do mistakes. For example, i want to press multiply. In calculator but pressing other button instead. And people that see me tell me to keep calm. I think it's anxiety

Hey I'm so sorry you've been going through this. Anxiety can get in your way of day to day tasks no matter how small they are. Your concerns are very valid. As a person who has had past experiences with anxiety, i can tell you that i also went through the same thing so i assure you that you're not alone on this. I really hope you feel better and get through this.

@worryBear Sorry to hear that you are going through this. It sounds like you could be overwhelmed. When my anxiety gets too much I find it hard to think straight. How long has this been going on for you?

hi worryBear. Physical symptoms like clumsiness or an accidental button press are common when we are nervous. People's " keep calm" advice, the well intentioned might not help. 


But remember , anxiety is manageable. You're not alone. We are here to listen support you and even explore some relaxation techniques.

@worryBear Hey there. I've been there. And It can get really overwhelming to deal with all the intense emotions and thoughts and to stay focused on what we need to do at the same time. What you experienced does sound like anxiety, specially in a high stress situation we tend to lose control and make mistakes a lot. Can you tell me more about what makes you feel nervous?

@worryBear Feeling nervous leads to those small mistakes, and it can be frustrating when people tell you to stay calm, which doesn’t always help. It makes sense that you’re linking this to anxiety, especially if it keeps happening when you're feeling on edge.
