i’ve been suffering with anxiety for as long as i can remember
however more recently it has worsened and worsened
it’s especially bad at night time. i cannot sleep. i can’t focus. i’m on the constant verge of tears. if anyone has any recommendations on how to fall asleep easier. i’m listening

I feel you. Though my anxiety doesn't seem to be as bad as yours, I understand you struggle. This does not always work for me but it has seemed to make an impact on my restless thoughts.
- Taking an all natural calming vitamin
- Listening to rain sounds/ white noise at night
- Creating a night time routine
- Writing my random thoughts down or saving them in a voice note if I'm to exhausted just so I can get them out of my head
I am not sure if these will help in your situation but I pray you keep well and hope that you find something that works for you 🤍🤍
i actually really like the idea of a voice note! where would you recommend putting it in ur phone. so no one finds them.. 😬😂

Aww, I'm glad. I actually added myself on messages so I can send myself messages and nobody really checks those. I also have a voice memos app that is basically a place for any type of audio recordings that can be saved and if you are using apple and you have the latest update you can actually set some apps to require touch id or a password to open it so that could also be helpful 🙃

hi! :) I don't seem to have as bad anxiety as you may, some things that help me are
- listening to water sounds or some type of white noise
- asmr
- focusing on things that make me happy or calm, try not to think about things that many stress you out or make your anxiety worse
