...See more i’ve been suffering with anxiety for as long as i can remember however more recently it has worsened and worsened it’s especially bad at night time. i cannot sleep. i can’t focus. i’m on the constant verge of tears. if anyone has any recommendations on how to fall asleep easier. i’m listening
