Words of Encouragement
What is one compassionate reminder you're needing most lately?
Without explanation, please write it below. If you'd like, respond to someone else here randomly. đź’›
Food for thought moment: If it's hard to show compassion toward yourself at this moment, imagine your friend feeling exactly as you are - similar thoughts, situations. What encouragement would you give to them?
With Grace,
Your friendly neighborly Zaati
Despite health challenges, you're still amazing!
It's okay if u can't make everyone happy. Choosing peace and happiness for your own self is not being selfish. Sometimes you have to let go of people . You don't always have to please everyone and can stop being a people pleaser and being with people who do not love you

Wow, that hit deep for me. Thank you for putting that into words
🙌
@zaatarHoney I would say, growth is scary, uncomfortable, and sometimes not fun at all, but practice makes perfect, and we only get better with time, and you will get better with time. Also celebrate your little wins, because we so often move on from them when they deserve a moment of recognition after the fact that we faced our fears.

“You’re doing okay, and you’re going to be okay. Things can hurt, but you’ve gone through this pain before, and you can go through it again. Maybe you’ve been scarred and traumatized by the pain, but above all: you survived. You survived the pain. You can and will survive it again.”
You are good enough.
@limejello indeed! You are ;)
@zaatarHoney I still love you just the same
@zaatarHoney
You are not a floor mat that people wipe their feet on, you are an individual with thoughts, needs, and rights that everyone else has (they are not better than you!)
@zaatarHoney That you can make it today, that your doing good.
@zaatarHoney
"stay. hope. live"
@zaatarHoney
Life is filled with all kinds of uncertainties you can't control that'll knock you down, the only thing you can control is if you decide to get back up and keep going. You're doing a great job no matter where you are because you're still here, keep going and things can only get better.
