Good morning everyone! I hope everyone has a good day today, if you’re not then I hope it’s at least a little better than yesterday. I have been feeling normal lately! I don’t let anxiety control my life anymore like I did in the first weeks after my anxiety attack. Also, I noticed that if I don’t give it importance, it goes away. I don’t use the word “anxiety” verbally anymore because I notice my body is scared of it so I change it to “tingly feeling” and it helped a lot too. I hope these tips help. Remember to be kind to yourself because i know sometimes it gets overwhelming. I really hope everyone gets through this. Keep fighting to live your life! You’re a fighter! ❤️
