Small town

blueorchid1010 September 7th

The town where I live is not very great, i got diagnosed by TB , but my doctor is also really not great. I doubt a lot of people doing their job here...i mean i got vaccinated for TB when i was little, ofcourse I'll get my tests positive..but how can a doctor here be this dumb! And they no nothing for sure! The only thing i hate about this city is lack of health infrastructure.

@blueorchid1010 thank you for opening up and being with us blue. I am sorry to hear that you have had a poor experience with healthcare in your town. It is frustrating and concerning, especially with a diagnosis like TB. Have you considered seeking a second opinion?

I can really sense how tough this situation is for you. Facing a diagnosis like TB while feeling let down by your local healthcare system must be incredibly disheartening. It’s frustrating when you don’t feel confident in the care you're receiving, especially when it impacts your health so directly.

It's perfectly normal to feel frustrated and anxious when you’re not getting the reassurance or answers you need. It sounds like you’re doing everything you can to navigate this situation, and it’s important to recognize that managing your health in less-than-ideal circumstances is a huge challenge.

While you might feel stuck with the current options, it’s still important to take care of yourself as best as you can. If you have questions or concerns, try to express them openly with your doctor, even if it feels uncomfortable. Sometimes, clear communication can help bridge some of the gaps in care.

In the meantime, try to find small ways to take care of your emotional well-being. Connecting with friends or family who can offer support, finding activities that bring you some comfort, or simply allowing yourself to express your feelings can make a difference.

Remember, you’re not alone in feeling this way, and it’s okay to feel overwhelmed. Your frustration is valid, and taking it one day at a time, while seeking support where you can, is important.
