Hi caleb... how do you feel about keeping a journal? Might help you identify these triggers.

Oh that so unfortunate, I am sorry. You mentioned you know why you get them, whats that reason? *hugs* What usually helps when you panic?  When I get really overwhelmed, I have to turn off all things making noises and just focus on my breathing.

Car rides, closed spaces, excess heat, or cold. Strong happiness, (i beleive this is guilt, for being happy after my brother died, feeling like i am doing wrong by being happy so soon after his death, 2 years) and heavy workload

Grief can make it hard to be okay with being happy, so I can understand how the happiness would be considered one of the things that causes you anxiety. So you know all of these triggers but not the underlying cause or reason. Did you experience any trauma in your life? You mention that it started at a certain age... do you remember any significant events?

That's incredibly hard to deal with, I can understand :(
Sometimes when we're too deep in the situation, our brains can be foggy and prevents us to see the road ahead. Or what's happening around us. Sometimes taking a step back, relaxing till we calm down a bit, and then trying to figure out our hidden triggers might be a good idea. Sometimes we're too overwhelmed by so many things and that's the reason we can't point out to one. The whole environment might feel like a reason to trigger that anxiety. We got your back and we're rooting for you. 💚
