@AmyGrace55555 I appreciate the offer. Lately things have been a bit more positive. For better or worse, work has been a bit hectic, which has focused a lot of my attention there. It's stressful at times, but it's a stress I know how to deal with. I'm trying to be productive and use my energy on small "wins" (little projects) as to not get hung up on the topics that were causing my anxiety.
While it's not addressing some of the bigger things I want to work on, it's a respite and feels like some progress.
@Sheena39 I'm feeling grateful because I just discovered seven cups of tea, I've been struggling with some compulsive activity and some strains in my relationship. So in another way I'm not quite sure how I feel but I do feel hopeful that I can get some help and relief

@sunnyCamp2601 Well you are very loved. As a teenager daughter myself, I can honestly say that when we get mad at people easily, it’s usually not on purpose. Our emotions are very exaggerated at that age lol. This can make some amazing fun moments, awkward moments, and the one you are feeling: upset/angry moments. You are very loved, Friend. You are wanted. Please, don’t ever forget that.

This is going to be silly 😅 but I'm feeling anxious at the moment because I was scrolling through Tik Tok and I came across this post where it shows a clip of a scary movie. Well curiosity got the best of me and I decided that I wanted to see what the plot of the movie was. I'm a weenie so I don't like watching scary movies but I'll watch video analysis's, discussions, and watch clips of scary movies. Well I saw a video of one of the discussions of the movie but I didn't think they would put clips of the movie in the video. I watched it right before going to bed and you know how it is when you go to bed and you're all alone in your thoughts. That's pretty much why I'm paranoid and anxious but it'll simmer down in a few days hopefully.
