But I have taken every online test and everything I fully Fall under ADHD spectrum I need help

Well what country do you live in? You don't necessarily need to be diagnosed with ADHD to get treatments to help you with your symptoms.

@merlin007 I'm so sorry you're in that situation. It can be very difficult for some people to have their struggles recognized or get the help they are looking for. If there are certain things you are seeking help with, you may have other ways to access them without a diagnosis. However, not having the support and validation in person for that can be extremely draining when it affects your every day. I'm glad you're able to talk about it here, recognizing it and connecting with others can be very beneficial.

i think i need medication but i have no idea

@merlin007 Medication can help tons, it's different for everyone but can really offer a variety of helpful tools and experience. Even though I'm not medicated for it now, I was briefly in the past and it's still quite a powerful experience to draw back on because it showed me why I struggle so much with certain things and how much easier it could be.

@merlin007 Dang that's wild. You deserve to be represented though fr, ADHD is such a widespread problem.
